Building Endurance:
Developing Daily Habits That Sustain Your Faith & Body

De Bolton

In this session, De Bolton explores why so many people struggle to stay consistent. Not because they lack discipline, but because what they’re trying to sustain was never meant to be carried that way.

Through a Christ-centered and embodied approach, this teaching reframes endurance as something built through steady, daily rhythms rather than intensity or pressure. Drawing from Scripture and lived experience, De helps participants understand the difference between force-driven habits and sustainable, faith-rooted practices that honor both the body and the pace of God.

Participants will be guided through a brief embodied moment of stillness and introduced to three simple, practical anchors: stillness, movement, and awareness. That can be integrated into everyday life. These practices are designed to support consistency, reduce overwhelm, and create space to reconnect with God in a personal and present way.

By the end of this session, attendees will walk away with a clear and gentle framework for building endurance one that is grounded in truth, responsive to the body, and sustainable over time. They will also be invited into a simple 7-day rhythm to begin practicing what they’ve learned in a way that is both realistic and life-giving.

7-Day Endurance Rhythm

The 7-Day Endurance Guide is a simple, Christ-centered resource designed to help you build steady, sustainable rhythms in your faith and body.

Through daily practices of stillness, movement, and awareness, you’ll learn how to slow down, notice what you’re carrying, and return without pressure or perfection.

This guide offers a gentle way to practice consistency in a way that is both realistic and life-giving.
