Breah Robinson, RYT200

Bio

Breah Robinson, a healer by birthright, believes healing happens when we nurture ecosystems of care—within ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. Her work is rooted in the belief that we all deserve to experience a full life, unburdened by the ways we’ve had to adapt to survive.

Grounded in liberation-centered care, Breah creates spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, tend to their nervous system, and cultivate more liberated relationships with food, body image, rest, and care. Her signature framework, Embodied Care, brings this praxis into the body, helping women notice what they need, honor what they find, and practice living in ways that reflect it.

Across her work as a therapist, educator, yoga teacher, and founder, Breah weaves together healing, movement, community, and liberation. At the heart of it all is an invitation to heal, lead, create, and build lives—and communities—where we can more fully belong to ourselves and one another.
