The WOW Center NJ
Make Room is a free, live worship experience created by Flow in Faith to help us enter the Advent season with intention. Together, we’ll experience worship, Scripture, meditation, journaling, yoga, stillness, blessing, and reflection as we prepare our hearts for Advent.
Because we believe worship doesn’t only happen through the words we sing or the sermons we hear.
Our bodies can participate, too. Our breath can become prayer. Stillness can become worship. And reflection can become an opportunity to notice God.

What to Expect
Together, we’ll experience live worship, scripture, meditation, journaling, Christ-Centered chair and mat-based yoga, stillness, candle-lighing, prayer, and reflected as we enter Advent in community.
What to Bring
Come comfortable and ready to settle in. We recommend bringing:
- A yoga mat for the embodied prayer practice. Chair options will also be available.
- A journal + something to write with for reflection and journaling.
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest with ease.
- An open heart for whatever this time of worship, reflection, and community may hold.
Everything else? We’ll make room for you.
Come as You Are
Every part of the experience is an invitation. You’re welcome to participate in whatever honors your body, including simply resting or observing.
