When We Slow Down: How Movement Creates Space for Body Awareness, Stress Relief, and Mental Clarity to Deepen Our Connection with God.

Dr. Tieya M. Qualls, PT, DPT, PRPC, RYT, RPYT

In this session, Dr. Tieya Qualls explores how slowing down and engaging in intentional movement can help us reconnect with our bodies, release stress, and create space for mental clarity and spiritual awareness.

Drawing from both personal experience and her work as a pelvic floor physical therapist, she shares how movement can support not only physical well-being but also a deeper connection with God.

Attendees will leave with simple, practical ways to incorporate movement into their daily routines in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and aligned with their faith.
