This Advent season, the Flow in Faith community is gathering across the country for a shared worship experience rooted in Scripture, yoga, reflection, and community.

What Is the Make Room Advent Experience?
Make Room is a free shared national worship experience designed to help us enter the Advent season with intention.
Together, we will move through worship, Scripture, meditation, journaling, yoga, stillness, candle-lighting, blessing, and reflection as we prepare our hearts for Advent.
The national livestream will serve as the spiritual backbone of the experience. But the heart of Make Room extends beyond the screen.
Across different cities and communities, Watch Party Hosts will gather people together in local spaces where they can worship, breathe, reflect, move, pray, and experience the beginning of Advent in community.
The rhythm of our time together will be simple:
ARRIVE → GROUND → RECEIVE → RESPOND → GO FORTH
During the national livestream, participants will be guided through:
- Worship and an invitation into the Advent season
- Scripture-centered Advent meditation and journaling
- Yoga with accessible chair and mat options
- Space for breath, stillness, reflection, and response
- A shared candle-lighting centered on hope
- Prayer and blessing
- A sending forth into the Advent season
Who can host a Make Room Advent Experience?
We are looking for people who believe in the power of gathering.
People who can welcome others with warmth, who understand that sacred space is created not through perfection, but through intention, hospitality, and presence.
You should feel comfortable welcoming a group, following the shared event rhythm, and facilitating a short community conversation after the livestream.
Your Role as Host
Hosting is less about performing and more about presence.
You’ll welcome your guests, help them settle into the experience, participate alongside your community, and guide a short reflection after the livestream ends.
You do not have to teach yoga, prepare a sermon, or create your own worship experience.
Flow in Faith will guide the shared experience through the national livestream. Your role is simply to create and hold the local space and turn on YouTube.
Each Host will need the following
- Space where group can comfortably gather (Example: home, church, yoga or wellness studio, community space, or another welcoming location.)
- Reliable WiFi
- TV or Screen big enough for group

You won't be figuring this out alone.
Watch Party Hosts will receive a digital Host Toolkit to help you prepare your space, invite your community, and confidently guide your gathering.
The Digital Host Toolkit includes the following;
- Host guide + event schedule
- Promotional graphics and invitation templates
- Hospitality + participant resources
- Livestream and technology guidance
We’ll also gather with hosts before the event to walk through the experience and help you feel prepared.
