A guided journey into embodied faith, healing, and wholeness in Christ

What if your body is not a project to fix, but a sacred place to live, worship, and be loved?

Imagine trusting your body, honoring your needs, and experiencing God's love in a way that moves beyond information and into transformation.

Imagine releasing the pressure to perform, strive, and prove your worth, and instead learning to live as someone who is already deeply loved.

For many of us, faith was framed as something separate from our bodies.

We were taught

Over time, these messages can leave us feeling exhausted, fragmented, and disconnected from the God who created us whole.

The Embodied Beloved Book Study is an invitation to remember a different truth.

The Embodied Beloved by De Bolton invites readers into a deeper understanding of themselves as beloved creations of God.

Through reflection and embodied practices, the book challenges messages that disconnect us from ourselves and offers a pathway toward healing, wholeness, and deeper connection.

Together, we'll engage in thoughtful discussion, personal reflection, and embodied practices that help us reconnect with ourselves, one another, and God.

What to Expect

This six-week book study is designed to create space for you to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what it means to live as God's beloved — mind, body, and spirit.

You can expect

Connect with fellow participants throughout the six-week journey in a supportive and encouraging space. Share insights, ask questions, celebrate breakthroughs, and be reminded that you don't have to navigate this work alone.

Each week , Mondays at 7:00 EST, we'll come together for a live virtual discussion centered on the book's themes and reflections. These gatherings are an opportunity to learn, share, ask questions, and explore what it means to embody belovedness in the context of your own life and faith journey.

As a participant, you'll receive access to the Flow in Faith Sanctuary for the duration of the book study. In addition to our resource library, you'll be invited to join live yoga and meditation classes designed to support your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being as you move through this journey.

This experience is about more than reading a book—it's about embodying what you're learning.

Each element of this six-week journey is designed to support your growth toward greater wholeness, helping you reconnect with yourself, deepen your faith, and embrace the truth that you are already beloved.

Your body is not an obstacle to your spiritual life—it is part of it.
