Through embodied practice, emotional care, and community, with the experiences of People of Color at the center, the Sanctuary creates space for rest, healing, and wholeness.
You love God deeply, but life has been asking so much of you. Between work, family, church, and community, your body and spirit have often come last. You want peace, clarity, and closeness with God again, yet rest feels earned instead of allowed. And slowing down can feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Maybe you’ve learned to keep faith in your head or your effort, rather than in your body and breath.
Still, there’s a quiet longing for a space where you can soften, breathe, and be fully yourself. A place where honesty is welcomed, rest is safe, and you don’t have to explain why you need care. Where your whole self is invited, and God meets you gently right where you are.
It's time to to trust your body as a sacred place and experience God in ways that feel safe, gentle, and real.
Keep navigating your faith and well-being on your own, piecing together practices, carrying stress in your body, and wondering if there’s a space where you can truly slow down and be held.
Explain or justify your cultural identity or your connection to healing spiritual practices in order to belong. Your lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and faith are already held with care here.
you'll have access to:
Christ-centered, embodied practices designed to support your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Queen Robertson is a yoga teacher, wellness educator, and the founder of Sacred Spaces Yoga and Flow in Faith, a wellness community created to help people cultivate deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and God.
Her work was born from her own journey of navigating burnout, healing, and learning how to create sustainable rhythms of rest, prayer, and wellness in everyday life. Through that journey, she discovered that yoga, breathwork, and meditation could be deeply supportive to both spiritual and personal healing.
Through The Sanctuary, Queen invites members into a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and build sustainable wellness rhythms through live classes, on-demand resources, community support, and intentional practices that care for the whole person.
