Sunita

Sunita, The Holy Intentions Yogi, is a CYT-200+ with 20+ years of practitioner experience. She is a homeschool and neurodivergence advocate, community collaborator, minister, mother, and wife. She became the first black minority to graduate with her C-HYI 200 instructor’s credential from Holy Yoga Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, with a continued 200 Hours with Grow-Ya, and continued education in a variety of modalities. Sunita hopes that she can share with others how to use yoga, meditation, and music as tools for whole-listic wellness of mind, body, spirit, and soul. She believes that yoga is for EVERY body, and so aims to make her classes as accessible as possible. She also strives to make connections throughout the community, creating safe spaces along the way.
